A Japanese Airline Company's CRM System (2001--2002)

Brief Introduction

This is a CRM system developed for a Japanese airline company on HP UNIX platform. The system offered intellectual management in registry, modification, deletion, reference and analysis of customer relationship to improve its quality. The CRM is dealt at three levels:
1. Customer----register and manage the customer information that has no connection with service.
2. Service----register and manage the property information of various services.
3. Result----manage the result information of each service.
